It's happening to both me and my my friend, both on mobile and PC. Nothing that would interfere. Strange thing is when I view another character it's working perfectly fine.
Looks perfectly normal to me. Remember, those spells don’t do the damage all by themselves, so the damage gets attached to melee weapons under Actions.
Are you sure you are not running a single ad/popup blockers, browser extension, or VPN? Anything could be causing the problem. Beyond20 is especially problematic, but anything could be causing the issue, even just a darkmode or something.
Just worth noting that your first character is level 4 - and the other is level 5. Booming Blade does not do any extra initial damage until level 5. Could that be what you're experiencing?
I imagine the dice roller doesn't differentiate between the initial damage and the movement-damage and only offers to roll for the initial damage. The movement based damage would have to be manually rolled if that's the case. (I don't use the dice roller at all - so I'm just guessing here)

Yes! That's the reason. Strange that you can't roll from the spell page for the movement damage and have to do it on a custom roll. Oh well at least you figured it out. Thank you!
I do have this issue as well with green flame blade. I am using the Beyond20 addon but another person in my group is also using the addon and their green flame blade isn't messed up on their page.

The damage for green flame blade says "undefined" instead of what I should be
I'm having the same issue no idea what's going on same with booming blade. Did you fix it?
Are you running any ad/popup blockers, browser extensions (like Beyond20), or a VPN that may be interfering with DDB?

Yup, 100% sure not using any and blockers or vpn. it's working on one character sheet and not another, it's the dice rolls that aren't working.
You can roll damage dice straight from the spell on prepared spell list when it's working. When it isn't it just says undefined.
I thought it was because of a negative int modifier. Bit it's not Ive changed that. Got me totally stumped.

I'm having an identical issue with Booming Blade- here's my affected character: https://www.dndbeyond.com/profile/Lukec/characters/53640411
And here is one where I can roll the spell damage without issue: https://www.dndbeyond.com/profile/Lukec/characters/17771045

Agreed 100%, good catch! Thanks for figuring it out. It would definitely be nice to be able to roll it somehow, but I'm glad it's sorted.
