BUG: Trying to Multiclass my lvl6 Bloodhunter to dip to Fighter. Requirements for all multiclass options are an INT 13

That’s because when you Multiclass, you must meet the multiclass requirements for both classes, the one you’re Multiclassing into, and the one you’re Multiclassing out of.
