No Option to enable content sharing

So I'm starting a Theros game and for one of my players, its not showing all the content I've got. I have the Master subscription and niether of my other players seem to be having an issue.

Your player should use the following link and check to see if their Account Entitlements are in sync: (https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/marketplace).

What would it look like if they are NOT synced? Or, in other words, how will we know they are synced?

Resolved: Just became aware that there is a 5 campaign limit for content sharing. Sucks!
