I have Mark of Detection Half elf Rune Carver that gets both intuition Die and advantage for insight. I would expect to roll 2D20 + 1D4 but Beyond rolls 2D20 + 2D4
Beyond doesn’t roll the d4 at all, not 1 let alone 2. You must be using a 3rd-party extension like Beyond20 or something. It’s that extension rolling incorrectly, not Beyond.
