When you add this feat to a character it adds the invisibility spell but does not let you pick a first level spell.
Yes it does. Go into your character sheet under Features & Traits->Feats, and click/tap “manage feats.” Then scroll down until you see the feat and it’ll have a blue circle with an exclamation point, click/tap it and select your spell.
