The Topaz Annihilator from the FToD seems to no longer be viewable beyond the actual book. You can't view it in a magic item search and you can't add it to a character sheet. Even in the source book the item has no hyperlink.
Topaz Annihilator. This item is not currently available to add to character sheets. For now, we recommend adding a custom action to the character sheet, as above for the Platinum Scarf. We have plans for better integrating mundane weapons and magic items, which will allow this to be built.
