Hey there. Backstory: I am apart of a campaign that has content sharing enabled and I am fully able to access the books themselves such as Tasha's Cauldron of Everything, but when creating a character, I cannot see the extra options added with having those books available. For example, when stock, the warlock class has one otherworldly patron. The Fiend. But, Tasha's Cauldron of Everything adds two more otherworldly patrons but I cannot see those as options when creating a new warlock. I know for a fact that I have access to the book, there are no filters enabled, so all content shows up, and I don't know what else to do! Any ideas?

Are you building that character specifically within the campaign in which the content is being shared? You must to access that content. If you are, please see the Content Accessibility Troubleshooting FAQ for further suggestions: (https://www.dndbeyond.com/forums/d-d-beyond-general/bugs-support/142100-how-to-access-content-on-d-d-beyond-faq).
