On the character sheet for DnD beyond, most spells correctly increase damage etc as the character level increases. But the Druid cantrip: Healing Draught has stayed stuck at level 1 healing on my character sheet despite the description: At Higher Levels. The healing increases by 1d8 every 2 class levels ( that is, 2d8 at level 3; 3d8 at level 5, etc.)
A cantrip that heals 1d8 and scales on class level? Just wow.
Still, spells can scale on character level or spell level. Cantrips use character level and can't really be upcast as leveled spells, at least not that I am aware of.

That's because Healing Draught is not an official spell. Someone has homebrewed it and not set it up correctly.
