I've noticed with a lot of homebrew creations that myself or others have made, it's incapable of being posted as it's "too similar to other content". Sometimes this makes sense as it may be either a direct ripoff with some changes or very similar to this content. Othertimes there are zero similarities, for example, my group was working on a fighter subclass that pulled some feats from the rogue but the homebrew creator will not allow us to post the content as it reports as too similar to a druid subclass when there is nothing from druid in it. Is this a known bug and is there a fix coming soon?
