i tried updating a feat i made called Magic Master but instead of updating it like I've done for many other of my creations it instead crated a whole new feat. am i doing something wrong or or is this a glitch?

If you have PUBLISHED your homebrew and it's been approved, then you can no longer edit it directly - you must create a new version.
This is because others may be using your homebrew that you made public and we can't have a situation where the homebrew that they liked and added could be totally changed without their choice. :)
ok then could you guys git rid of the new version then pleas?
If it's not published yet you can just delete it.
