It seems the DC is being calculated without the +5 charisma modifier, resulting only in 11 (8 + Proficiency Bonus of 3) instead of 16 (8 + Charisma Modifier of 5 + Proficiency Bonus of 3).
I note as well that the description of the Eldritch Adept feat states, "Your spellcasting ability for the invocation is Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma (choose when you select this feat)" however no such choice is being presented.
Furthermore, if the Eldritch Invocation is added via the Warlock Class level progression (and not via the Eldritch Adept feat) then the DC seems to be calculating correctly, so it seems this issue is only for the Eldritch Adept feat.
That's weird, I could've sworn it used to be there. My mistake.
I can confirm that it's not adding the Charisma modifier. I wonder if this is part of the ongoing site updates?
As a workaround, if you have an existing Eldritch Invocation via Warlock that doesn't give you an attack/save spell, then try selecting that on the Adept feat and changing the Warlock one to Sculptor of Flesh.

It’s part of the ongoing updates, I brought it to the team’s attention several days ago in a PM. It isn’t pulling the Ability modifier when spells are attached to an Option.
The DC for spells granted by an Eldritch Invocation (e.g. Sculptor of Flesh) from the Eldritch Adept feat seem to be incorrect.
See https://www.dndbeyond.com/characters/86937546 for the Polymorph spell.

You need to select the feat called "Eldritch Adept (Charisma)".

Can you send a screenshot showing that option as it seems it is not in my list?
If what you said is inaccurate and the option does not actually exist then I'd appreciate if you'd post a retraction or a clarification.
