I got my copy of Aquisitions Incorporated when we were able to claim it for free.  It shows up in my sources and I’m able to read the whole book.

However, when I got to use this content in character builder it does not show up…. I’ve selected all toggle switches yet even with everything allowed the content still does not show.

Make sure your entitlements are in sync and that it shows up under your licences:

It should be the non-core source toggle that controls AI (I think). Make sure it is toggled to the right/red.

Hmmm I guess it’s not showing on character builder cause I don’t have the license…. But isn’t the reason why I can read the book is cause I claimed it for free when they had that offer?  But did I get it to read for free but not for character builder?

If you claimed it for free you would have a license to it. Are you sure you claimed it? You might be reading it for free due to content sharing instead.

I’m the DM of the group and the only one who has purchased stuff for sharing.  I remember thinking it was cool that I was getting a book I didn’t have for free, but I guess I must not have since it’s not under license.  I just don’t understand why I can read it then.

If someone else in the campaign claimed it for free and you activated content sharing then it will be shared within the campaign. When content sharing is activated, all content in everyone’s library is shared within the campaign. Double check if you claimed it, it won’t show under “Purchases, but it will under licenses as a “product key:”
