I purchased a race and now I can’t find it?!!

I purchased the Changling race but it isn’t showing up when I go to make a character?? 

Check your Account Marketplace info to be sure your Entitlements are in sync.

While you're there, scroll down to Current Product Licenses and check whether you may have purchased the Changeling Monster instead of the Changeling Race by mistake.

Did you purchase the Changeling race, or did you accidentally purchase the changeling monster?

It just says changling on my purchase eee I might have??

The column to the right of Changeling should say either "Monster" or "Race".
