What pro’ly happened was you accidentally logged in using a different login method (Google, Apple, Twitch), which created a new account. You pro’ly got your subscription on the new account instead of the preexisting one. I had a paid yearly account, and didn't notice when it went to unpaid status due to my debit card being compromised and canceled.
Set up a new payment and I'm back to yearly subscription, but every single character I created is gone. Every campaign I had set up is gone.
Can the support team please contact me about this? I've lost EVERYTHING, including all of the content I paid for (around $800 worth of books).
