For the spell from FTOD Summon Draconic Spirit it would be nice if you could track its HP and reference it's stat block using the extras feature. However it doesn't appear to be listed there. (likely because it's not a regular monster)
Would it be possible to get it added there? Or am I just missing something?
You realise you don't need to tell us it isn't, we can see this for ourselves after all. When it happens there'll probably even be an announcement.

DDB will likely never add it as they would have to create it as a “monster” and it isn’t an official monster so they won’t. Your only hope is to create it yourself as a homebrewed monster.

It's an official spell from Fizban's...
Correct. But it’s not an official monster. It’s classified as a spell effect, and those don’t get made into monsters in DDB’s system. Only monsters get made as monsters, and only monsters get ported in as Extras.
There are lots of one-off monsters that only ever appear as stat blocks within the text of an adventure that aren't officially in any monster manual or sourcebook; but which nonetheless have entries on DDB.
Personally, I'd love to see a separate category of entries for things that need to track hit points, but aren't necessarily monsters. Like the war machines from Avernus, the fortresses or walls made from some spells, or summons like this one.

Farmer B. Dice Farmer. -- Game grower. Cardboard cultivator. Polyhedral planter.
The fact that they are one-offs or not published in any sourcebooks is irrelevant, they are in fact officially published monsters. For anything that isn’t a monster, we are left to using homebrew to represent those things. It simply is what it is.

Bumping this. Have the same issue in my campaign.
I'm glad I'm not the only one 'not' seeing this. I thought I was missing something.
