So the description for the MoTM kobold's language (in the character creator) is:

Your character can speak, read, and write Common and one other language that you and your DM agree is appropriate for the character.

And when you look at the generated character sheet, Draconic is not listed as a default. However, Draconic also does not show up in the dropdown menu for languages for a kobold character.

Does your character already know Draconic from some other source such as subclass or background?
