It looks to be a homebrew monster. If you are only having trouble with this monster, I’m guessing it’s set up wrong. Is it a monster you created?

Since it’s a homebrew monster it likely has some unsupported fonts or formatting in the text that’s breaking the display.

Hi, I also have been having that problem. I have noticed that it usually happens when the monster’s type is set to “unknown”. I have a couple of these since I couldn’t really figure out which one they would belong to so I simply set them as “unknown”. This unfortunately lead to a crash with the same screen. I was wondering, would “unknown” monsters ever end up working in the encounter builder?

It’s the “unknown” monster type causing the problem, it isn’t supposed to exist so it doesn’t work and causes the malfunction. Choose one of the preselected monster types instead and they should work. The “unknown” monster type was originally created for stuff like steel defenders I think, but was abandoned and no longer supported.
