Encounter builder monster abilities showing on other monsters

So I'm using the Encounter Builder for a fight in my one-shot but I'm noticing that Nightmare Shepherd's Aura of Nightmares ability is being shown on the other monsters stat blocks under one of their features.

I'm also seeing this on the Nightmare Beast under it's Legendary Resistance.

In that picture I can see that you’re using the Beyond20 app. That’s probably what’s causing the problem. Try turning it off and see if that fixes it.
