Mobile Website Loading on Laptop

Hi, for some reason when I open DnDB on this laptop it loads the mobile version of the site, rather than the standard version for desktop.

Does anyone have any idea why this might be happening or how to fix it?

It might have to do with the display size or how zoomed in it is.
