Yes, if you purchase CoS for $25, or if you scroll down and just purchase the magic items from that adventure for $5, or if you just buy that shield for $2, then you can add that shield to your character sheet. Or, if you are in a DDB campaign for ith someone who has purchased it, and content sharing has been enabled for that campaign, you could add it for free.
Basically the what the title says as it also gives bonus to init.
Would be nice to have it calculated instead of having to remember. It is a well known module/hardback after all.
