I haven't been able to load up any of my characters for past 4-5 days. I just got a blank screen where my characters should be. I also can't make a new character. get same thing when try to make a new one. I'm really hoping this is fixed by Saturday, I have plans for some of those characters on Saturday. if not I have made physical backups from memory but if I can't get into characters and builder by Saturday I'm unsubing and never coming back.....well at least not till they get their shit together.

Do you use any ad/popup blockers, browser extensions, or a VPN that may be interfering with DDB?

I've used multiple browsers, cleared cache/cookie, uninstalled browsers removed all add-ons. and still won't load. Its been 5 days and was working fine till recently when everyone starting leaving. They ****ed up.  if I can't get to them by Saturday I'm unsubing and walking away.

Have you tried just being patient for the screen to load? Depending on how many characters you have it can sometimes take a few seconds to load. I have around 300 characters and it can sometimes take up to 5 seconds to load them after the browser goes to the characters page.

Try using your phone. I encountered this problem but my phone could still load the characters.

Still no characters. Made a new account and could make characters and reload them after making. Switch back to this and still blank. 

At this point, I'd suggest submitting a support ticket.  Click the "contact us" link at the bottom of this page.  When that page loads, you will see a paragraph on the support ticket system, including a link.
