When creating a character for a campaign, the only elf options available by default are the high elf and wood elf. Drow do not appear in this list despite being in the player handbook.
The PHB is not a free resource, only the SRD & Basic Rules, and the EEPC are free. The Drow do not appear in any of those free resources, you’ll need to purchase either the PHB, or at least that one subrace from this website to use it.
