Fixed :)

I have purchased the Artficer and it shows up on my account. I can access the spells, but when I try to access the class I'm redirected to purchase again.

 I tried:

- Log out and in again

- Checked my account is  synched

- Checked that "Eberron Content" was checked and actually tried all options 

- Also tried the App on the phone

Please help, because I need to start in a new game soon. Thx :)

You don’t purchase the Artificer class, you purchase one of its subclasses to unlock the full class. You also said you can “access the spells,” but that doesn’t make any sense. Did you by chance purchase the “Artificer Initiate” feat? That does not unlock the class, only purchasing one of the subclasses unlocks the class.

Yes I purchased the Artificer Initiate, because I thought it would unlock the class. And the spell thing I said was about the Spells on the Game rules

Game Rules> Spells> Artificer

I could access the spell list of the Artificer class, so I thought that meant I could use the class.
