Homebrew items are not showing up in "My Homebrew Collection", but they are still showing in the inventory list when trying to add items for a character. I'm trying to remove those homebrew items from my collection completely but can't find them anywhere even in "Browse Homebrew." Is anyone else experiencing the same bug?

Are these your own homebrew creations or someone else's?

Is the character in a campaign? If so, then you'd see homebrew that's in other players' Homebrew Collections, not just your own.

I've actually have the opposite Issue, I have a item that is on the homebrew page ( even published to be sure) and while i had added it a while ago, having given it to another character i removed it from my character, some time later i got  it back and went to re add it to my sheet and i can no longer see it.. the other players can. i've gone as far as creating "new" versions of it. with different names even, and i still cannot see them. I figured it might just take a few minutes to "add  them" but it been about 3 weeks at this time. rather annoying.

It’s someone else’s. 

Normally that would be the case, but since I’m the DM so supposedly I have control over my homebrew collections, but for some reason i cant seem to find those “missing” items on my homebrew collection list, i just want to remove those items. 

It’s just nice to have inventory in order, these bugs are really making things inconvenient.  

I did.. i even deleted my browser cookies and still not showing, I can’t even search these items when I “browse homebrews”, but they’re still showing on my players inventory 

Wait, what exactly is your issue? Items in anyone’s homebrew collection are automatically shared within campaigns. You can’t control that.

Yes, but that isn’t the issue. The issue is I’m trying to remove the items from my collection completely but the items are not showing in my collection list.

That’s because they’re not in your collection, so there’s nothing to remove.

If that was the case then yes i agree with you. But when i go on a character sheet and attempt to add inventory, those “not in my collections” items are still showing up.

As I wrote earlier, all homebrews in anyone’s collections are automatically shared with everyone in the same campaign. Those homebrews must be in the collection(s) of other players in the same campaign.
