It's a subclass for a monk. The monks have subclass features at level 3, 6, 11, and 17. I have ALL of these levels accounted for and I only used English.
But do yourself a favor and don’t publish it yet. Once you do you can’t edit it anymore without jumping through hoops. Take time to fully playtest and edit your homebrews before publishing them.
I've made a new subclass from scratch and can't publish it even though it meets all of the level requirements and only has English. Why?
There should be some red text on the homebrew's page telling you why you are not allowed to publish it.
