Mobile website through safari won’t load character sheets. Keeps saying there were multiple crashes. 

Same. And it's not only on Safari. Edge and Chrome does too. 

 And you can't circumvent this by going through the DDB app either. 

Are either of you running any ad/popup blockers, browser extensions, or a VPN? Those can frequently interfere with DDB.

Do either of you use VPNs or browser extensions?  Nord VPN in particular doesn't play nice with DDB; turning off their cyber sec feature using takes care of it.  Some browser extensions also cause problems.

Is that character equipped with a lot of homebrew? If they were not coded correctly that can often cause these crashes.

 My apologies; I was tired and reading too fast and missed that you were on mobile. 

For me, it's any character, home brew or not. I just created a random, vanilla character using DnD Beyond.

Creates it fine, just doesn't let me look at the character sheet. 

(No VPN running, either.)

Unable to load any sheet on mobile: iPadOS (14.2 beta), Chrome (85.0.4183.109)

No issues at all on desktop: Windows 10 Pro (1909), Chrome (85.0.4183.121)

Yeah, I can’t access any character at all of mine currently. Please fix :( 

Using iOs14, view sheet not working.  Edit screen still works. 

Also impacted. Hoping for a quick fix. 
Tablet on iOS 14.2
Tried Safari, Firefox, Chrome, Desktop and Mobile View.  None loaded.

Currently using phone as it’s on iOS 13.7 and working flawless... just wish I could use my tablet.

How many of you are running the beta iOS 14.2?  A common thread maybe? 

I am on an 11 that just updated to iOS 14.0.1 yesterday and am using Safari and have no issues with the character sheet. Although, posting in the forums has been a little buggy today.

I’m having this problem as well. I have noted that it only occurs when I am logged in. When I log out, I can view public characters with no issue. When I log back in, the character sheet crashes. 

I am running the iOS 14.2 beta. 

Same here (by my wife). Using updated iPhone and iPad, cant use Char sheet and Encounter Builder.

I have the same problem. I, myself, am running the Beta, so that could be the issue possibly. But please look into this anyway in the case that isn’t

 I just uninstalled the beta, and it still doesn’t work. This also only occurs when I’m signed in. If I sign out of D&D Beyond and open up a public character using the link, it works.

Yeah, it worked on the older betas and the official release, but stopped after 14.2 beta (as best I can determine).

So . . . definitely blamin' the beta!

I’ve got an issue since a few days ago where I can’t open any of my character sheets on my iPad Pro running iOS 14.2

Every time I try to access it with either Safari, Chrome or Firefox I get the same issue repeating : A problem repeatedly occurred on “...”

I tried troubleshooting with a restart of the iPad and clearing the cash of the browser, but this doesn’t work.

Anyone with a solution or the same issue ?
