I recognize Blade Ward isn't "available for" clerics based on: https://www.dndbeyond.com/spells/blade-ward However, shouldn't the racial feat bypass that restriction and allow an Earth Genasi to use it?
I do not see it in my list of available spells, or a way to add it for my Earth Genasi character.
Do you own the Player's Handbook on this site? Blade Ward isn't a free spell, so if you don't have access to it, you won't be able to add it to your character.
If you should have access to the spell, then go to the Race page of the Character Builder and make sure you've selected a spellcasting ability for the Merge With Stone racial trait (I assume Wisdom for this cleric.)

I am also having this issue. Earth Genasi Wizard, Intelligence chose as Merge With Stone racial trait. Blade ward doesn't show up in Wizard spell list, AND the bonus action blade ward casts don't show up under actions.

It would logically stand to reason that purchase the Multiverse book where the Earth Genasi is from would grant access to spell, do out of curiosity, it is the Multiverse Earth Genasi and not the Legacy one?
Correct, the MotM versions is the new version, the Legacy version is the old version. And no, the spells are all sold separately from races and subclasses, otherwise they would have to charge more for some races and subclasses depending on how many spells were attached and if they were free or not.
The reason I posted is that the tip above my post did not fix it for me. I own MotM and I have tried setting the stat for the Merge with Stone racial trait and it's still not working. I'd like it to work properly and would happily buy the source book ( I own most of them ) if necessary. One of my players is in a source book shared campaign that I am running, and has an Earth Genasi Wizard, and Blade ward is not showing up for him at all, let alone the special bonus actions casts (2 per short rest)
I have the Legendary Bundle and it says I own the PHB. This seems like a bug. If I make the character an Air Genasi, shocking grasp shows up just fine, but if I switch it to Earth Genasi, the spells don't show. Also, if I roll up a standalone character for myself, Earth Genasi works fine. It seems as if his particular character is bugged.
So, Like I said, I switched it to Air Genasi, and refreshed it, and shocking grasp showed up just fine. But then I switched it back to Earth Genasi, and no blade ward. Definitely seems like some kind of bug.
I'm having an issue with this one as well. I'm building a level 1 wizard and I can't get Blade Ward to show up when its on the list of Wizard cantrips in PHB.I can find it if I do a general search, but I can't get that to transfer over either.
I am seeing the Blade Ward cantrip appear as a bonus action for my Earth Genasi Warlock character, so I'm better off than some of the folks on this thread, but I'm seeing something else that may be a bug related to this issue...
The button allows only 1 USE even though it clearly says "2 per Long Rest". What's up with that?

You have to buy either that spell from the PHB, or the whole PHB. That’s the only way to unlock access to that spell.

Ahh. That could be. What happens if you change races, refresh the page, and then change back?

I recreated the character from scratch. Fixed the issue for me.
Guess I'll be trying that out.

UPDATE: Looks like this is fixed now. Thanks!!
