Minor issue: When I upload an image, sized to 150x150 pixels, it appears correct in the preview but when I click to save the image all that appears is a black box. I have tried clearing my cache as I saw recommended in another thread and that did not help.

Minor issue: When I upload an image, sized to 150x150 pixels, it appears correct in the preview but when I click to save the image all that appears is a black box. I have tried clearing my cache as I saw recommended in another thread and that did not help.
Are there any other fixes to this issue?
