so ive probably made my species called the Fulsa 10-15 times now, with each version getting worse than the one before. That is because when i get around to uploading my race, it disappears after i upload it to my account. I have the same problem with items, feats, and beast companions i want to make but when i do the website seams to delete them? probably taking to the cosmos, and im not really sure what im asking for, but youd think at least one of my homebrew creations would be usable? Issues like this are why i stick to paper campaigns, and i have years of content i want to back up but cant since DNDBeyond wont upload anything i try to post.
If by “upload” you mean “publish,” then fret not. You don’t need to publish your homebrews in order to use them. You and your friends can use all of your homebrews without your ever publishing a single one of them. All homebrews in your homebrew collection are automatically shared with all players in every DDB campaign you are in.
If instead you mean that you simply cannot save those homebrews in the first place, then I have to ask you if you are using the app or the website? Use the website, not the app. If you are using the website, then are you using any ad/popup blockers, browser extensions, or a VPN? One of those might be interfering with DDB.

Especially given i can comment, create things as long as they are private, or keep them as drafts. The moment i try to publish them so i can use it in my campaign is when i have problems.
regardless of whatever content im trying to make, nothing works when i try to build a race, and the race i have thats currently viewable i cant edit it whatsoever. Im not tech savvy so ill assume no to the VPN and extensions and stuff
You do not need to publish your homebrew in order to use it in your campaign. It is automatically shared with any campaign you are part of.
publishing homebrew is done to share it with the entire community. Which is why published homebrew is not editable. Those edits would change other people’s characters if their characters are using homebrew you published.
