So I have purchased the official sourcebook but the options are not showing up in the Character Creation.  Specifically the Tiefling Variant Bloodlines and the Goblinkin race options.  Is anyone else having this issue and if so how did you resolve it?

Note: I do have Critical Role content enabled in the system.

Explorer's Guide to Wildemount doesn't include any variant tiefling options. And for 'goblinkin' I assume you mean bugbear, goblin, and hobgoblin? For those you may have to enable legacy content (as they were revised in Multiverse of Monsters).

Additionally, it's worth checking https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/marketplace to ensure your account entitlements are in sync

I will check.  Yes, the Variant Tiefling was from Tal'Dorei Reborn so I ap[ologize for my confusion.  All my entitlements are in Sync the site says.  As for enabling the Legacy Content, I have Legacy Enabled but I don't see anywhere the HObgoblin Race option from Wildemount is showing up other than Volo's Guide to Monsters.

The only legacy version of that race on this website is the one from Volo’s Guide, it’s the same race.
