The assorted Smite spells aren't showing up on my Hexblade spell list. So I went to Homebrew a feat and include them, but it doesn't seem like they're available at all, even to add to the homebrew feats.
The content isn’t being shared “with you,” it’s being shared “with that campaign,” and you can only access those spells on characters in that specific campaign. If you have characters in other campaigns they won’t be able to access those spells. What you can do is move the character from the campaign it’s in to the campaign where the content is being shared, add the spells, and then switch the character back to its correct campaign. The spells will remain on that character as long as you don’t remove them.
I'm pretty sure she has content sharing enabled because I don't have a digital XGE so I wouldn't have been able to choose Hexblade if she wasn't. I'm not sure how to see if I can access them form the listings... or even what you mean by 'the listings'.
I'm only playing in the one campaign. I was trying to build a Feat with all of the spells from the Expanded Spell list ( I had the DMs permission). While I was building it I saw I couldn't include most of the smite spells. Then I went to dbl check and realized I couldn't even add them to my Hexblades spell list (lvl 9). They don't even show up.
Those smite spells aren’t from XGtE, they’re from the PHB. Is your DM sharing that book with you? If so, you and your DM should both follow this link to double check that your Account Entitlements are in sync: (https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/marketplace). If that doesn’t fix it they should try turning content sharing off and back on again.

Those spells are not free content. To use them you need to purchase either the PHB, or at least those spells from the PHB.

Does your DM have content sharing enabled? Are you able to access them from the listings?
