I own pretty much all of the content, including access to the PHB both 2014 and 2024, and I can see all of the patrons in the PHB, but when I try to select one during character creation (at level 5) I only see these:
Core Rules: Fiend Patron
Expanded Rules: The Fathomless (TCoE) The Genie (TCoE) The Hexblade (XGtE) The Undead (VRGtR) The Undying (SCAG)
When I select the source materials I've tried every combo of Homebrew, Core Rules (2014), Extended Sources, and Legacy, and I still can't get thre right options to show up. I can pick pretty much everything else correctly (I think), but I can't pick the right patron. Has anyone experienced this before? I got out of the game for a bit and this is the first character I've tried to create in quite awhile, so maybe things have changed.
If don't own the 2024 PHB, but only have access to it through content sharing, you need to make sure you're creating your character in the campaign that the content is being shared from.

This is the behavior you would get if you were using the 2024 version of the Warlock class without having access to the 2024 Player's Handbook.
Do you own the 2024 PHB? If so, you should check that your entitlements are synced here: https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/licenses
If don't own the 2024 PHB, but only have access to it through content sharing, you need to make sure you're creating your character in the campaign that the content is being shared from.

ModeratorIf you were trying to use the 2014 Warlock, you’ll need to remove your current class and select that one instead.
