The feat Polearm Master is missing from the feats list whenever I try to manually create a Fighter. My current active subscription has been Master since November 2022 and I've bought the Player's Handbook, DM's Guide, Tasha's, and Xanathar's. Yet the Feats list that should allow access to Polearm Master shows the options (in alphabetical order) are "...Observant..Piercer..Poisoner..Prodigy..Resilient..." I can provide a screenshot if someone will tell me how to attach it/where to send it to.
Polearm Master is definitely missing yet should be available to me given my subscription level/status and my purchases. What isn't it?
Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming "Wow! What a Ride!" - Hunter S. Thompson
When life is bleak, all hope is lost, a wall is at your back, you always have one option left...attack! Attack! ATTACK! - Me
No. I was creating a new 8th level character from scratch. I even deleted the fighter class completely then reassigned the class, increased the levels one at a time then at level 4 tried to select the feat instead of an ASI. The feat still wasn't listed.

You probably added it directly under Features & Traits->Feats->Manage Feats. Go back to that and remove it and you’ll be able to add it in the builder normally.
Actually, I'm an idiot. I had added it under "Variant Human" and forgotten about it since I haven't generated a variant Human in 3 years and was focusing solely on Class and skills building. *sigh* Thank you for all your help; I apologize for wasting your time. Please consider this issue closed.
