I got an email saying they are canceling my subscription for no payment but I have paid in the past and the card I use has a 20k limit that they were charging that is at zero balance. I have also purchased tons of books on there. When I try to subscribe it won’t let me and send me to the same screen that they are canceling me. Why????!!!! I don’t post on the forum so I didn’t piss them off.
Still no response from them. Never had people not want to take my money before.
They likely have a lot of requests, given how support staff don't visit this forum. It's very possible that it's backlogged, which may make it take a bit of time. By the way, I doubt this is happening here, but I would just like to say that you shouldn't submit multiple tickets because that will actually make it so your situation will be addressed less soon.
Last I knew the support team did not work weekends. And tomorrow is a holiday in the US, so it will be Tuesday at the earliest before a support team person sees your ticket.

Glad you found the link. If you are working on a phone, you can generally see signatures if you turn the phone to landscape.

Well they fixed it…I think…or at least I clocked around until it finally let me renew it. I has to keep logging out and logging back in.
