A quick look around the internet seems to say that upcasting the spells granted by these feats is allowed by the rules. But the character sheet doesn't give an upcasted option.
So is this a bug or does the feat not allow for upcasting?
A DDB feat is not capable of granting a spell capable of upcasting, it’s a system shortcoming. Upcasting is allowed by the rules, to do so on a DDB sheet simply manually check off the appropriate spell slot.
