I don't know if I'm doing something wrong, but I'm finding that the website is still asking me to upgrade my acct but I upgraded it through my app and 1) was immediately charged (no free trial) and 2) the website isn't acknowledging that I am subbed. Is this a "me" problem? Thanks!
For one thing it only syncs with DDB’s server once a day at nighttime when the device syncs to the mainframe, so your purchase won’t hit the website until tomorrow at the earliest.
For another thing, purchases made through the app don’t get listed among the rest of your purchases under your account, so there’s no real record of it in case there’s a problem (like now).
Sometimes things go screwy with purchases made through the app, which means the purchaser has to take it up with the App Store. So if your subscription upgrade still doesn’t register by tomorrow then you’ll have to contact them.
