I've noticed the only rituals that show in my spellbook are those I've prepared and those with the ritual caster feat-- none that I have on my spell list but unprepared.
That character is an Artificer. They do not get a Spellbook. They can only cast spells as Rituals if they have the spell prepared for the day. The Ritual Caster feat gives you a special spellbook that can only be cast as rituals. Everything is working exactly as it should.

No problemo. FYI, the only class that can cast Ritual Spells that are not prepared is the Wizard I believe.
