For Context, I am using a character made on here for a homebrewed campaign made by my friend. We have manually rolled stats for Ability Scores. As another part of bringing in a character to his campaign is he has the character "eat a meal". Depending on the choices you make, and a corresponding d100 roll, you get something.
For my character I rolled a 99 and got a +1 to Constitution, raising it to 19. I go to the site to increase the score, but it won't let it go any higher than 18. I don't have any overrides on that I know of. Is there something I'm missing?
18 is the maximum you can have as the maximum you can roll with 3d6 is 18. So it makes sense that it's limited. However you can, as suggested by @pocketmouse, add a bonus by going to your character sheet -> Click on the stat you want to increase (in your case, Constitution) -> In the box to the right of "Other Modifier", type 1 -> Done. From that same window, you could also just completely override the score to whatever you'd like. However, using the "Other Modifier" makes it easier to remember what your base score is and what modifiers you may be getting.
You can also modify your Constitution score from the Character Builder by going clicking 3. Abilities -> Scroll down and find your Constitution score -> Enter 1 in the Other Modifier box -> Done.
Example: By using the Other Modifiers box, you can edit your character (by clicking the Anvil on the character sheet) -> Click 3. Abilities -> Scroll down and look at your Constitution score. It should show 19 as the Total Score and have 1 in the Other Modifier box.
Sometimes things are hidden farther down the page. Remember to scroll down on pages like Abilities to see if you're missing something :)
Thank you all for your answers. I realized my mistake that you can only have a max of 18. I will take your advice and place the adjustment where it needs to go. Again, thank you for the help.
The normal maximum is 20, not 18. In the character builder, on the Abilities page, in the part where it breaks down your stats, each stat has two fields underneath: "other modifier" and "override score".The former is where you enter the +1. If there's anything in the override field, your stat is set to that, regardless of anything else.

You cannot make that adjustment in the character builder, but you can customize the ability score directly on the sheet itself I believe.
