I’ve made a homebrew race and every time I try to make a racial trait I hit save it just refreshes and deletes everything, it doesn’t even make the trait for the race, this happens on both mobile and PC and it’s not just happening to me a friend has the same problem

If you have missed one of the required fields that can happen. Make sure you have input for the following fields:

1. Name
2. Snippet
3. Description
4. Feature Type (should be “Granted”)

The other thang that I have heard can cause the issue is if you are running an ad/popup blocker, browser extension, or VPN that might be interfering with DDB.

If neither of those is the problem, then one other thing you might try (not kidding here) is log out of DDB, log back in, go do something else for 20 minutes, and then try it again. (That actually works more often than you might guess.)

I have attempted all of the above and the problem still happens is there anything else?

I'm having this same issue. I don't understand. I'm trying to create a variant race of humans, and it will not show any standard racial traits, and it will not save any of the ones I try to create.

The way variants work it won’t show you the base race traits, it doesn’t need to because they’re attached to the base race.

How are you setting up your traits?
