so rn im trying to setup a campaign with my mom and step dad but for some reason my step dads character page wont load for him so he cant view his chrarcter sheet unless he is on his phone and thats it we tried reseting it disabling ad blockers and etc do you guys have any ideas

Instead of going through My Characters, he could try going through My Campaigns, viewing the campaign that character is in, and then viewing the character from there.

we tried that as well but it didn't work

Is he running any ad/popup blockers, browser extensions, or a VPN? One of those might be interfering with DDB.

I'm experiencing this same issue. For just one of my players, whenever they create a character in my campaign, if I click on that character to Edit or View, it just reloads the campaign page.

Does that player have any special characters in their username?

Yea that was the issue. They changed their name and it’s resolved.
