EDIT: Well, the image itself shows as broken on the page (as pictured below), and the monimg tooltip is also not working - but the monimg tooltip is not returning a broken image so much as it's just returning nothing. It doesn't even show up in the text (implying the markdown recognizes it as a tooltip, and just cannot compile it).
I purchased a Kobold Dragonshield from the Marketplace but that race option is not showing up in the Character Builder race section.
Also any way to create a regular 1/8 CR Kobold character?
