I purchased the Chronurgy Wizard class and Gift of Alacrity spell individually, not the entire package.

I cannot see those options when I create a wizard character.  The Home tab has all options enabled.  Though I do see them in my list of spells and classes. How can I get to actually use these things I've bought? 

• How long ago did you purchase them?
• Are you using the app or the website?
• Are you sure you have both “Partnered Content” and “Critical Role Content” toggled on (red, to the right) for your character?

Bought them an hour ago.

I use both online and app.

Both contents are enabled. 

I have downloaded the content.  I am able to see in lists both the spell and class. Yet when I create a character they are not selectable.

I am able to select Chronurgy as an Arcane Tradition. But the spell is not there. 

It could take a bit to register in the system. Try checking to make sure that your Account Entitlements are in sync: (https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/marketplace).
