Hi all - hoping that a mod sees this and can offer some support as I have tried raising support tickets but the trail has gone cold. I was approved for an online educator license on Dec 11 but it hasn't been added to my account, and we're now getting to the end of January. I wonder if anyone else has had a similar experience? It is getting really difficult as I am setting up a club at my school and I don't have the funds to necessarily pay for the subscription and all of the other online sourcebooks too.
Mods are not always able to keep up with this forum so it may be best to reach out to them directly. I don't believe they can assist you directly, so you still need to wait for Customer Support to get back to you. However, a mod might be able to possibly prioritise your ticket.
Also note: you state you raised tickets - as in plural. This is probably why it has taken so long. Every time you raise a new one, it will be linked with the others and sent to the back of the queue. You should never raise multiple tickets for the same issue.

I am having the same issue - having been approved back in October. Every reply I have gotten is that I will have access once I am approved even though in the same email thread with support I have shown them that I was approved.

Nothing anyone here can do to help with that. You need to discuss with Support.
