Want to make a Warped Fey Touched Feat

I made a homebrew feat.

Started with Fey Touch, Added Vortex Warp.
I can't remove Misty Step.

Any idea how to remove the original spell and swap in the chosen spell?

You can’t. That spell was added on the backend in a portion of the content creator we don’t have any access to.

I've been giving them $$ for 6.5 years. You would think I would be able to just uncheck that box and the spell would go away.

Anyway, is there a better way to do what I want?
