I am attempting to create a homebrew wand but none of the spells i am attempting to add are showing up in the list?
Eg, Crown of Stars or Sickening Radiance.
is there something i am missing? The list of spells available to me seems to be relatively small. i created another magic item with spells/charges with no issues so i am not sure why i am running into this problem.
Only the spells in the Basic Rules & SRD, and the EEPC are available for free, the rest must be unlocked through purchase, in your case by purchasing the PHB, or at least those two spells from it.
