As the title says, I am trying to create an Arcana domain cleric, but the option is not available in the Divine Domain dropdown list. I can see it when I go to the actual Cleric page, which I assume means that I own the content, but it's not selectable.
That’s an incorrect assumption. If that content is being shared with you then you will be able to read it, but you can only use it in the specific campaign in which the content is being shared.
