I created a new character in the campaign my DM invited me to, but the only available options for Bard subclass are Creation, Lore, and Eloquence. Even Valor, which is in the PHB, is missing.
I've tried the obvious things (deleting the character and creating a new one, logging in and out, checking a different device) but the problem persists regardless.

Have the DM turn content sharing off and back on again, and you should both make sure that your Account Entitlements are in sync: (https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/marketplace).
