I'm trying to make a feat require the eladrin subrace as a prerequisite. It works with the eladrin variant from the DMG, but not with the eladrin from Mordenkainen's Tome of Foes. Unfortunately, the feat is intended for them and not the crappy variant.
A workaround for now is to require the elf race, and then put in the description that it is exclusive to the Eladrin.
Yes, I know that, but I want to publish this feat and I don't feel that's an acceptable state for the feat to be in for publication. It's also a system-wide issue for anyone wanting to have eladrin as a prerequisite for anything.
