Players have no access to my content

I'm currently helping one of my players create a character and none of the extra options are showing up for her, forcing me to do it for them.

• The Campaign has Content Enabled
• The player clicked the link to join the campaign and made their character via the link
• All sliders are set to on (Double checked on my screen as well)

Is there something I'm doing wrong on my end?

Thank you so much! That was the issue. Up until now none of my other players have had that issue so I never knew to look for it.
