I have a created encounter that doesn't load and can't be deleted. Encounter's page says it was created in january of 1970 but when on the Encounter builder page it says it was created in june of this year. Is there any way to solve this?

Are any of the characters in that encounter incomplete?

It doesn't load so I can't even see if there is a campaign or monsters attached to it.

What did you name it? You don’t need the encounter to load to check that stuff, you can check it from the encounter builder.

nothing. it says "Unamed Encounter"

You gotta give it a name and then attach it to a campaign. Hit the three little dots and then hit Edit.

I've tried that and nothing. It just creates another encounter with a name and the campaign attached to it. Still, the unnamed encounter doesn't go away

Then you gotta use the “Contact Us” link at the bottom of the page👇to file a support ticket. Be patient, it’ll pro’ly take ‘em at least a week minimum to get to your ticket.
